Ingredients: 2 cups cubed #butternutSquash, 1 banana, 3/4 cup cashew milk, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ground clove, 1/16 tsp ground cardamom. Instructions: 1. Steam butternut squash until very tender. 2. Transfer squash to ice bath to chill. 3. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
