Shrimp Diablo is a favorite dish of mine when it comes to Latin Cuisine. Not surprisingly, @thefeistykitchen blows me away with her version of it and now i really want some !! Thank you, Natasha, excellent work as always !! Thank you everyone for visiting my IG page. :) WWW.FLAVORGOD.COM
Camarones a la Diabla (aka Shrimp Diablo) (this isn't for the faint of heart... Heat check!)
-1lb wild shrimp
-2 garlic cloves
-chopped 1T sambal oelek (chili paste)
-1T @Flavorgod Seasonings 'Spicy
-1t cumin
-14oz diced tomatoes, canned
-2T ghee/EVOO, melted (@omgheebutter)
-Pasta/Zoodles
Cilantro/Parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450*
2. Line baking sheet with parchment and add shrimp, 1T ghee, and @Flavorgod Seasonings. Toss to coat. Cook for 7-8 min until pink depending on size of shrimp.
3. Bring water to boil in a pot and cook pasta according to directions. Or make zoodles and gently heat in a skillet with a little ghee.
4. In a skillet over medium heat, add ghee and then garlic. Stir frequently then add chili paste, canned tomatoes, @Flavorgod Seasonings, and cumin. Cook for 10 min.
5. You can toss altogether and serve or layer it like I did in photo. Garnish with cilantro/parsley.
