Last summer, New York Times Magazine sent Magnum photographers #PaoloPellegrin and @PvanAgtmael to Israel to cover the most recent outbreak of war in the region. There, Pellegrin photographed in B&W on one side of the conflict, working mostly in the Gaza Strip, and van Agtmael photographed in color on the other side, exploring Israel's urban centers. This photograph was made by @PvanAgtmael on August 5th at the funeral of Avraham Walz, a 29 year old killed in an attack earlier that day by a Palestinian in a stolen digger. #MAGNUMyearbook
