Let's gooooo people.
Start at a sustainable pace, running for 2 minutes and doing 2 minutes of squats, push-ups and other strengthening exercises.
Repeat this circuit for 10 minutes. You can do this at home (jumping jacks instead of running), at the park, or at the gym.

Steadily increase your minutes as you feel comfortable.
@nicolearip and I do this 5-6 times a week for 25 minutes, that's it.

YOU CAN FIND 25 MINUTES IN YOUR DAY THREE TIMES A WEEK, DON'T EVEN TRY!! The goal is to improve your stamina and endurance by combining cardiovascular and muscle strengthening exercises.

As a result you will feel stronger and more energetic than ever, your metabolism will burn fat at an accelerated rate, and your overall health will improve as well.
And you'll fit your jeans from 1975.
