I was tagged in a picture of this quote that I wrote early last year and it made me realize how far the #fitandthick movement and brand has come. I remember when it was just me pushing and preaching this stuff. This past weekend, i was blessed enough to spend a few days surrounded by the amazing group of women that makes up the bulk of the #fitandthick team. We all come from different walks of life and we've all had unique experiences that have molded us into the women that we are today, but the one thing that we share is our self acceptance and innermost drive and purpose to help other women find that same thing within themselves.
Fit and Thick is a workout plan, but it's also a movement. A movement that encourages women to accept their flaws while also working towards achieving the best possible version of themselves.❤️
