Congratulations to Klay Thompson on being named the #NBA Player of the Week for the Western Conference. This marks the second such honor for the Warriors guard, who previously won it for the season’s opening week.
In three games last week, Thompson averaged a Western Conference-leading 27.7, hitting 51.9 percent from the field and 50.0 percent from three-point range. The fourth-year guard helped the Warriors to a 3-0 record on the week, completing a perfect six-game home stand for the fourth time in franchise history and extending the team’s home win streak to 14-straight games.
