This is one of my classics in my @flavorgodebook #FlavorGod Shrimp & Scallop scampi sautéed in white wine over a fresh basil & brown rice. This was so good! I used olive oil to make the sauce and white wine. You can substitute the ghee(butter) for olive oil and you don't have to use wine. Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 25 Minutes Serving Size: 2-3 People Needed items: ?Rice Cooker ?Sautee Pan ?Wine opener ?White Wine Chardonnay ?Spatula ?Medium size kitchen knife ?Cutting board Recipe: Shrimp and Scallop Scampi Ingredients: ?1/2lb.- shrimp (wild) (peeled) *I leave tail on for looks ?3-4 scallops ?1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil ?2tbs. of -garlic (minced) ?2tbs - #FlavorGod seasonings (any flavor) ?2tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice ?1/4cup white wine (chardonnay) ? one cup - cooked brown rice DIRECTIONS: ▪️In a pan cook shrimp on medium heat in 1/2 tbsp of olive oil ▪️Once shrimp is cooked on one side flip over and add 1/2 the garlic. (About 3 minutes) ▪️Cook the shrimp 2 more minutes on other side and remove for plating. ▪️Add the rest of your olive oil, minced garlic, and scallops to pan and cook. ▪️Cook scallops 3 minutes on 1 side. ▪️After 3 minutes flip scallops over and add white wine, fresh lemon juice, #FlavorGod seasonings and cooked shrimp. ▪️Cook for 3 more minutes on high with all the ingredients together. ▪️Place on steamed brown rice. Garnish with Fresh Basil.
