This is the creation of Mr Lavell a man who is on this corner by the freeway everyday! He smiles dances and sings! We have given him food socks and money from time to time. My kids pray for Mr Lavell at night and whenever we pass him we say hello, he waves and says "if anybody messes with you I'll beat em up!" Lol he's such a kind spirit! I don't know his story. I'm not sure if he's homeless because he leaves at night and comes back in the morning. He built this contraption or spaceship or whatever it is! But Its a part of his show, and he gives a great show on Crenshaw everyday #weLoveMrLavell #prayingforhim #somebodyson
