Some advice to hair assistants that I am SO glad to have learned along my way-- Just chill a little. Don't try to be a famous hairstylist overnight. Take the time to learn the function of every pin, every comb, every brush, every toner, every product, sweep more floors, ask more questions, listen more and interrupt less. Most important-- find yourself a good mentor and enjoy a gradual climb. You're going to get there, and if you do these things, you'll far better equipped when you arrive. ? #hairassistant #hairassisting #hairstylist
