Remembering why i love fitness today...because it is fun! First metcon since the Open last year. I let @garagecoachjm lap me but i'm ok with it haha we did "Nate" 2-4-8 of Muscle Ups, HSPU & KBS for a 20 minute AMRAP...i was purple hahaha but i never failed a rep and still beat @acjonesy91 hahaha! All this happened while @summerhowerton watched & laughed at me gasping for air and yawning around minute 15. Fun fun fun.
