This bread is my ode to buckwheat, which I love more than any other grain. It has 10% of buckwheat flour and 20% of sprouted and toasted groats. I made it with mixture of high extraction flours (t85 and t1100) using double autolyse. My husband probably won't touch it or say "darling, what a weird bread u baked". But sometimes u need to bake something to pleasure yourself and anyone else :) #thereshebakes
