We’re excited to share the details on this weekend’s yoga project: #alowypinvert. Every Friday, @beachyogagirl will be hosting a Weekend Yoga Project to give you something fun to work on over the weekend and we'll be giving away some prizes for each weekend, so join in on the fun! The first FRIDAY of every month will be to INVERT! You can post any pose you like, just make sure that your head is below your heart. ✨
Details:
1⃣ Snap a photo of you doing any pose you’d like, just make you’re inverted.
