Working on running mechanics and efficiency - 30sec on 15sec off - for 30min. Sustainable speed.
The resistance band is there to learn to lead with the hips.
Few things I was focusing on - keeping hips straight
- elbows at 90 degrees
- relax the shoulders
- think heel to butt
- pull knee higher
- be explosive in the rebound - relaxed breathing
- quick feet
- keep feet underneath you
