Check out some of Jen @pottheiser's "Tintype" portraits from #NBAAllStarNYC!

The tintype process dates to the mid 1800s. Images are made in camera on a thin sheet of metal and immediately put into hand poured chemicals. The final sheet of metal that is produced is an archival piece. Onsite during @nbaallstar, Jen photographed with a classic Graflex camera and had the tintypes scanned so that they could be shared. All of the portraits are original and their layered look was achieved in camera while shooting.
