Last week our Master Distiller @Richard.Paterson met with some of London’s finest mixologists who demonstrated the art of blending great #whisky cocktails. Richard said ‘It was a real honour to meet with such talented individuals. The knowledge and enthusiasm that they put into making their fantastic cocktails is astounding. It is a real craft to be able to balance flavours so perfectly and so delicately, something I am all too aware of when creating our whiskies.
