Some time ago @derikhill inspired me to buy Hario Mizudashi Cold Brew Coffee Pot. But instead of coffee I'm more into brewing green tea, as it's very refreshing, aromatic and perfectly balaced when it comes to bitterness. I like to experiment so one day I poured a coconut water over some really good sencha. And it was a bomb! I keep brewing it to have at least one glass a day as I belive that all this good stuff from green tea and coconut water will keep me young and beautiful forever after lol ;) Of course
it's super delicious too. Next step: making kefir out of it. My ginger bug is bubbling like crazy!
