Here's what a typical days food looks like for me... Nutrition is really important if you want to get the best out of training & competition,developing strength & building muscle.? BREAKFAST- scrabbled eggs, Turkey bacon, mushroom, porridge with blueberries & peanut butter... LUNCH- Salmon fillet, stir fri veg & brown rice... DINNER- chicken breast, sweet potato, avocado & asparagus... SNACKS- bananas, apples, Greek yogurt, nuts/seeds & finally Herbalife supplements.
