Stormy days in the desert are supposedly rare, but there sure have been a lot of them this year. Climbing on wet rock in Vegas is detrimental to the fragile sandstone, but ruined climbing plans make for opportune running conditions. The nice ambient cloud cover, crisp air, and dry earth soaking up all the rain made for a fun little adventure. After quite a few months of not running, it was nice to test out my knee and enjoy the views.
