Found the most amazing gym today....with a area PERFECT for my #3MinuteBellyBlitz Workouts...??? Being over in Australia touring going from hotel to airport, hotel to airport over and over everyday has made it EXTREMELY difficult to always maintain a healthy diet! But knowing that I decided to up my #3MinuteBellyBlitz workouts to 5 times a week instead of 4 and I make sure I complete all 12 sections AND abs! And in doing so I have been able to maintain my weight, stepped on the scales and after 4 weeks of going out and having the odd cheat i HAVE NOT put any weight on at all ?? without my #3minuteBellyBlitz workouts this would have been IMPOSSIBLE!!!
