Back when I was a teenager and before the Internet. Yes I'm being very open with my age at the moment... However, I would read every #bodybuilding magazine, especially the ones with Arnold on the cover. I would read those over and over.. One issue reached out from the pages and brought me into thought... with a phrase that changed my outlook forever... I felt as if Arnold himself was talking to me directly... Kai... As i cleared my mind, blocking out the outside world.. "The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent." and to this day I haven't stopped #BELIEVING
