If you search #Fastcompany, there are thousands of covers photos people have taken at breakfast, on airplanes, and even on the beach. They take them because they like what we put out there. There are all these campaigns that want people to share this and share that, and social media is a great cheap way to get coverage like that, but the only way you can get a lot of people to share something willingly is if they get something out of it. It can be money, some sort of prize, but the best way is to have a great product that they’re proud to share, that they really think other people will also enjoy and thank them for it. ________________________________________Q: How do you measure your brand influence on Instagram? What are your main KPIs? A: It’s all about how many people are liking our posts, commenting, tagging their friends. The more likes you get and more exposure you have, the more followers you get and that drives up engagement. ________________________________________Q: Work aside, what are your 3 accounts you recommend following?
