But when I tell you that life sized #FlintstoneRib I posted was some AMAZING ish...I mean it. It was slow cooked tender (meat melts off bone) but friggin sweet FROM THE INSIDE! Not rubbed in sauce on the outside but layered sweetness (sugar? honey? cinnamon?) inside!!!!!! Totally natural, not a forced concoction. Highly recommend this spot.
