HIIT training ✅ one of the best forms of training to burn fat and calories fast. It gets your heart rate up rapidly and with minimal rest you are able to stay in your max heart rate zone ✔️ Not only will you burn fat during your HIIT workout but you will continue to burn fat throughout the rest of your day due to EPOC (excess-post exercise oxygen consumption).
I did 30 sec each exercise, 4 rounds ?
- squat jumps
- jump lunges - bosu sit up to jump up
- bosu double jumps (stay low!)
- Burpee to over head press
