Spring equinox. Super moon. Solar eclipse. International day of happiness. Persian new year. Big day! I'm ending it here: with a long yin practice to wind down and set my intentions for the weeks ahead. I love slow, quiet moments on my mat. I always cry and Ringo always ends up falling asleep on my legs. We spend so much time moving and working and running from place to place... Make time for your heart.
