Hi, thanks everyone for voting for me the last round! This picture is of me and my friends before a performance a couple of weeks ago, I'm the one on the left ?. My pre-performance routine is as follows:
1) I get on as many warmups as possible! The more, the better.
2) I do the first couple of exercises of a ballet barre with my own music
3) I run an app called "Seven", which is an exercise app
4) I sit down to stretch a little, ya know the usual: splits, hamstrings, back, etc.
5) Then I listen to the music that I'm going to be dancing to and go over it one last time with my friends
6) Last, I just get ready to enjoy the performance and we hug, do a little prayer, and jump up and down while holding hands? As for a lucky charm, my lucky charm is all my friends and my teachers supporting me!
