THROWBACK. One year ago today i made the switch to weightlifting. This was exactly one year ago- it showed up on my time hop app- clean and jerk PR at 175# and weighing 7kg more than i do today. This is now my SNATCH PR and as you can see- the form is super scary. Yesterday i got really frustrated and mental trying to find perfection of the pull in heavy snatches and took a step back to see how far i have come in so little time. The future is bright. Today i will just have fun and focus on what would get me white lights and sweat the small stuff another day.
