Over indulged yesterday? Here's an eggsellent #workout for you to burn off some of that eggcess chocolate you may/may not have consumed:
WARM UP 5-10mins easy cardio
TABATA SET 8 mins
20 sec ON 10 sec OFF (2 x 4min sets)
1. High knees & Mountain Climbers
2. Pulse squats & Pushups
ENDURANCE SET 8mins
50sec ON 10sec OFF
1. Plank Rotation
2. Curtesy lunge to knee drive
3. SL walkouts > tricep push-up
4. 10 Russian twists > 10 toe touches
- 2 rounds
AMRAP SET 8mins
50 plank taps
40 ice skaters
30 jump lunges
20 tricep dips
10 burpees
100m SPRINT - As many rounds as possible in 8mins
STRETCHHHH IT OUT!
