Ok I'm going to start posting my track workouts so anyone wanting to join me getting fit and fine for the summer can join me. Now we are going to start off slow and really start to get funky in a few weeks. But we can ease into it. Today we start with 4 laps (1 mile warm up). That's a slow jog. Then stretch. Then we will stride ten x 100 meters. Do these not as slow as a jog and not as intense as an all out sprint- just a nice quick stride where the main focus is your form. Focus on your arms and keeping those knees up- not running lazy. Then we'll do 100 push ups, 50 squats and 300 crunches. Then a half mile warm down (2 laps) and we're done! You with me?
