Brad Thorn has announced his retirement from rugby at the end of the season. “My goal was to play top-level rugby at 40 and to play well, and I've done that," he told the BBC last night.
Congrats on a phenomenal career that’s spanned 59 #AllBlacks tests and a World Cup title, over 100 combined #SuperRugby appearances for the Crusaders and Highlanders, 2 NPC titles, a Ranfurly Shield defence, a Heineken Cup title with Leinster, 3 NRL titles, 2 State of Origin titles and 8 test appearances for the Australian Kangaroos.
