The video above is from one of Thomas Edison’s early films from 1894. The 23 second film features two #cats boxing, complete with custom-made gloves and boxing ring. According to the Library of Congress, the footage was filed by Raff & Gamon, Edison’s distributors at the time, under the description, “A very interesting and amusing subject.” #tbt #throwback #vintage #history
