Even though this was shot on assignment for @ナショナルジオグラフィック, it's not exactly your typical National Geographic wildlife image. The Tasmanian sheep produce some of the world's finest Merino wool. Wool production is one of Tasmania's main sources of export income, with about 2 million sheep grazing the pastures of the island, declining from a high of over 5 million.
