How do you feel knowing that you have won our Competition?

I’m in shock I don’t believe that’s its real!! What does it mean to you to know that you have won? ​It’s unbelievable, all the hard work is paying off. I’m so happy!

What was your personal situation before you started Results With Lucy?

Busy Mum and working nearly full time I never get much time to myself, I wasn’t very overweight but wanted to lose some extra weight I had put on over winter I was starting to feel uncomfortable in my clothes and sluggish.

What fears or worries did you have about making the decision join?

I’ve never stick to any diets, I would join a gym and end up cancelling because I have no motivation or time.

What happened between then and now?

I decided to join Results with Lucy because of the results I saw on Twitter and it looked like a great programme, with simple steps, healthy meal plans and exercise routines.

What specific results have you seen as a result?

In the 13 weeks of the new beginning programme I lost 1.1/2 stone, I lost 3 inches off my waist and dropped a dress size.

How do you feel now, and how has your life changed as a result?

I would suffer from a lot of headaches before the programme but I can honestly say I have not had one headache since I started back in January my skin is much clearer and I feel so much healthier and happier. It has completely changed the way I think about eating and exercise, I now enjoy working out and make the time!! Programme: New Beginnings
