グッゲンハイム美術館のインスタグラム(guggenheim) - 4月29日 23時28分
On January 4, 1966, #OnKawara began his "Today" series, or Date Paintings. He worked on the series for nearly five decades. The series speaks to the idea that the calendar is a human construct, and that quantifications of time are shaped by cultural contexts and personal experiences. Only 4 days left to see these works on view in the first full representation of Kawara's output in "On Kawara—Silence" at the Guggenheim through this Sunday, May 3. Image: On Kawara’s studio, Greene Street, New York, 1979.
