We made a chocolate cake inspired by the brownstones of our new neighborhood. The #WestVillage cake is a super soft chocolate sponge with a caramel cremeux and caramelia (milk chocolate) glaze. There's a secret crispy layer of feulletine (think chocolatey wafer flakes) that makes it. #DominiqueAnselKitchen
