@elleaus #normalizebreastfeeding My baby had tongue tie and lip tie, it is very common in babies these days due to too much folic acid. It was so painful to feed him, I would cry every time he latched on. But, in my heart, I was set on never giving up. I knew it would be so beneficial if I could get through. We had to laser cut, to release his tongue tie and lip tie which was painful for both of us BUT made a HUGE difference for us both. He was able to feed easier and breastfeeding became pain free for me. I highly recommend it! Breastfeeding should be a pain free experience, if it is not, be sure to get some help.
