Happy to be back in Atlanta but sad at the same time. I had so much fun as always in Wilmington. I got serious redemption from last year at this meet- from weighing in on the dot at 58.0kg to snatching 3/3 with a meet PR at 80kg, to finally Clean & Jerking 200# in competition as a 58.... Last year i bombed out in the snatch as a 63 with 65kg and followed it up with the world's ugliest cleans. I am very critical of myself usually but i got to walk away from a meet for the first time feeling very proud of everything i did. 12 weeks out from Nationals with a lot of room to improve & so much platform experience being gained in the mean time. So grateful for this sport that has created opportunities for me to meet so many wonderful people every where i go! *last warmup of snatch at 71kg shown- probably the most technically sound snatch i have ever done- we raised my opener after this* #weightlifting #nationals2015 #coffeesgym #barbellsandbows
