406 of you told me #WhyRunningRocks for YOU. I read every single one of your comments - many of them multiple times. To say I was moved & humbled would be an understatement. Some of you run to clear your mind; others run to clear the toxins & shed unwanted weight. Many of you run to take back control of a life that was once ruled by an eating disorder or depression. Almost all of you love the social relationships that have formed through running. Some of you lose yourselves out there on the road; many of you found yourselves out there too.
