The First of my new potatoes are ready !! Woop woop I always love the first of the new potatoes, I always dig them up when there a little to small as I'm so excited to try them but of course you get these little amazing potatoes...... they ideally need to be always cooked in boiling water not from cold water this way it will preserve more vitamins...They only take a short while to cook as there so fresh so 6 mins normally does it for these knob of butter mint and squeeze of lemon what joy !!! So good anyway hope your all having a great Saturday jox x xxx
