“This is my father, David Winter, holding my son Noa,” writes @damonwinter, a @ニューヨーク・タイムズ staff photographer. “He was about 5 months old at the time when we brought him to see my dad and his family in upstate New York. We had stopped in to my dad’s office in Ithaca and my dad carried him all around the office as he showed us around. I always loved the magic of this wonderful light shining on the two of them. It reminds me that Noa has been a blessing for us as people and parents, but also for my relationship with my father. I think we had slowly grown apart over the course of many years and Noa was the catalyst for a renewed warmth in our own relationship as father and son.” We asked some of our visual journalists to share stories about #fatherhood for #nytweekender. #FathersDay2015
