This evening we will be welcoming 60 #QueensYoungLeaders to Buckingham Palace to receive their awards from The Queen.

The Queen's Young Leaders programme celebrates and supports young people from across the #Commonwealth who are working to transform their communities.

The initiative was founded after the Diamond Jubilee in recognition of Her Majesty's 60 years as Head of the Commonwealth.
