We also did a seated incline wide dumbbell curl. Great exercise however I find it so hard! I did 3 sets of 10 reps with 6kg. I started months back with only a 4kg so although 6kg isn't heavy to most, it's an achievement for me and that makes me happy! Focus on YOU & YOUR goals. Never compare yourself to anyone other then YOU on the day YOU started YOUR fitness journey. ?
