Happiness is a butterfly, which when pursued, is always beyond your grasp, but which, if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you #NathanielHawthorne ???? so many people have such high expectations of life that they'll never be happy, on a bright sunny day we should be thankful for the good weather yet others moan that it isn't as hot as they'd like, going out for a meal to save yourself from cooking and people moan that it's not as tasty as they'd want, seeing a film at the cinema and it's not as exciting as it should be. Stop with the expectations, stop putting life down and casting a black cloud over your days there's really no need for it. Whenever I ask people "how's your day" 9 out of 10 say "I'm tired, work is boring, I don't want to be here, I feel sick, I need more money" hardly anybody ever says "isn't it beautiful outside? I can't wait to come home to my family, I'm going to cook a special meal for my wife/husband and tell them how much I love them" what's wrong with this world? I have no expectations and my days always surprise me, uplift me and make me smile. Stop looking at life for what you expect it to be and look at it for the blessing it really is. We're alive, we have good health and the sun has risen when it really didn't have to.
