Looking for more ways to work on my forearm/wrist pronation ROM issue...i think i fractured my elbow at some point ages ago and didn't realize it and it healed weird. I have about 75% rotation in L compared to R...this is the best stretch I have found so far. I do all of the lax ball flossing of entire arm 2x/day also. Open to suggestions!!! #weightlifting #mobility #iwantaracklikemattierogers
