Mark Amann, 2008, during the first redpoint ascent of Headless Children, 8b in Rätikon. His beta for a mantle into a "no-holds/no-hands" position was innovative and unique. Yesterday, thanks to his info and my patient belayers (Flo&Klaus) I managed a quick second ascent of the route. Standing above the exposed roof was for sure a memorable moment! And spending 1h and 3 tries on the alleged 6c+ that followed (and had not tried before and later found out it was actually 7b+ according to the correct topo) will haunt me for a while... Thanks also to Beat Kammerlander for the photo of Mark and his sequence to success!
