5:30 AM today: Alarm goes off. Zombie Shane shuffles to the bathroom. Turns on (unnecessarily) bright light. Looks in mirror. Oh myyy. "What were you thinking?" he asks himself. Takes awkward tired face selfie, because...okay, for absolutely no reason. Brushes teeth. Gets dressed, puts on tennis shoes, and finally makes his way to the...gym?
