How about this super simple @basebodybabes recipe for a delicious and healthy alternative to ice-cream? Yum!!! Recipe:
1 x Tub Five AM Natural Yoghurt (it's sugar free)
2 x Tbs Bare Blends WPI Vanilla Protein Powder
1 x Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
Blend yoghurt and protein powder together until combined. Lightly stir in mixed berries without squashing them too much. Pour into popsicle molds, add straws/sticks and put in freezer to set for at least 3 hours.
