Found one of my favourite Shibuya Toast here in SG at Assembly Coffee @assembly coffee.
While some Shibuya toast can get quite rich and 'jelat', this thick toast was buttery, very crisp and when served with their yogurt dip, the tartness gave this dessert dish a certain lightness and balance in flavours.
