A delightful #tart deserving of a close-up view.
Finally visited Mad About Sucre @madaboutsucre.

Coco Citron ($10.90) of light coconut mousse, with light lemon curd, shattered sugar crystals and a pâte sablée tart shell.
Ever so delicate and delightful in each bite, even for someone like me that usually don't take much coconut desserts, this has totally won me over.
I did however wish for a little more crust, but I can see why it was done this way so that the mousse and tart fillings are the highlights to be complemented by the sablée tart.
Remember to ask them for tea pairing too. Endearing service to wrap up a great experience at Mad About Sucre.
