Good morning Kathmandu!! The structure with the scaffolding is the famous Boudhanath, one of the largest and most important Buddhist structures in Nepal. It suffered minor damage in the massive earthquake, and the scaffold serves surprisingly as some of the only evidence of the devastation this country suffered this past spring.
