Sending out a #notsponsored SOS... Dear @Levis, When I purchased this pair of jeans ? that fateful day in September of 2013, I had no idea the journey they'd take. A size 4 for my then 3.75 year old because I figured they would last her through the winter ❄️ and possibly through the following spring ? as well. Little did I know, they'd be THAT pair of jeans. You know, the ONE pair every girl has that simply fit perfectly. And last forever! Here we are, nearly 2 years later and I have a nearly 5.75 year old who refuses to give up these size 4 jeans. They've been played in ⚽️, arted on ?, "glamped" in ⛺️, traveled in ✈️?, food spilled on ?, danced in??, and just plain worn like a boss. A few days ago she came running in yelling "OMG, MOM!!!! LOOK WHAT HAPPENED!" ... pointing to her freshly ripped out knees. When I asked if this meant she was ready for a new pair, she replied "are you kidding?! This makes them even cooler! Haven't you seen the ones at the store with the holes already in them?!" Here's the thing - I'm gonna keep these jeans FOREVER. This pair is destined for the hope chest being stocked with special items from her childhood. And with the knees ripped out, I fear we're only about 5 more washes and 1000 more cartwheels away from my almost 6 year old having a wardrobe malfunction with these size 4 jeans. I'd happily purchase the next 2 (hell, let's be honest ...10) sizes up for my girl. IF only I could find these again. This is me sending out the SOS ? ... I've scoured the earth (only a slight exaggeration) looking for these same jeans, but come up empty handed. So here's the 411 from the tag: Levi's denim leggings, 76% cotton, 22% polyester, 2% spandex. Exclusive of decoration. (I've found similar, but not the SAME combo of fabric.) So dear people of @Levis, if this style is no longer available, please put me out of my misery ... I really just NEED to know. And if it is available, please call me so that I can trade my retirement fund ? for all the pairs you have ?????? and avoid feared childhood wardrobe malfunction ?? XOXO, Mayhem's Mama ?
